How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund:

• Visit paddle.net and use the order ID from your receipt; or
• Email us at Nkgapelemasi10@gmail.com and we'll help you raise the request.

Work already delivered

Where significant custom design work has already been completed (for example, you have already approved final logo files or a delivered website), we'll deduct a fair amount for the work done before refunding the balance. We'll always explain the breakdown clearly before processing.

How long refunds take

Once approved, refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
